Dr. Hormone MD is now Verso. Same Dr. Vogt, same care, only the name has changed!
verso is a specialist hormone clinic that starts with an in-depth virtual visit to determine if HRT is right for you.
Symptoms we treat: low energy, low libido, poor sleep, short fuse, brain fog, muscle loss, belly fat, slow recovery.
At verso, hormones are our specialty. We find out whether low testosterone is behind how you feel, and treat it if it is.

1,000+ men trust verso with their hormone care
1 in 4 men

1% a year

Only 1/10th
of men with low testosterone get treated.
Bloodwork at a lab near you, before anything is prescribed. It shows what's safe for you and rules out look-alikes like low iron or a slow thyroid.
A 30-minute video visit with a hormone specialist who has already read your results. Leave with a care plan built around your symptoms.
Prescriptions go to your pharmacy, with sleep, nutrition and stress built in. From here on, the same clinician runs your care.
Hormones do the work. Your clinician makes them work for you.
Interest in sex is often the first thing to come back, usually within the first few weeks.
Your clinician answers your questions about injections, dosing or anything that feels off. You reach the person who wrote your plan, not a support queue.
You stop crashing in the afternoon, and the short fuse and flat mood ease.
Your clinician checks in on how you're feeling and adjusts your dose if needed.
The brain fog clears, and you have the energy to train hard again.
Your clinician rechecks your bloodwork against your baseline, including your testosterone level and red blood cell count, and meets with you to fine-tune. Almost nobody's first dose is the final one.
The changes add up. You have energy for the whole day, your mood holds, and your training starts paying off, with more muscle and less belly fat.
Your clinician sets your plan for the long run, with a full review twice a year. If there's more you want to work on, like hair, recovery or sexual health, they can add it by message, without another appointment.

You can’t tell from symptoms alone, which is why we start with bloodwork. The most common signs are low energy or an afternoon crash, a lower sex drive, brain fog, a short fuse, belly fat that won’t shift, losing muscle and slower recovery. Your bloodwork checks your testosterone along with thyroid, iron, blood sugar and more, so if something else is behind it, your clinician will tell you and point you to the right care. We treat men by video in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Often, yes. The normal range is wide, roughly 300 to 900 ng/dL, so two men can both be “normal” while one has three times the testosterone of the other. Routine checkups also rarely measure free testosterone, the part your body can actually use. Your clinician reads a fuller set of bloodwork alongside your symptoms and history. If you have recent results that cover what we need, we use them and lower what you pay to start.
A clinician who specializes in hormone care for men, and the same one at every visit. They review your bloodwork, run your visits, adjust your dose and answer your messages, so you never have to start your story over. All care is overseen by our medical director, Dr. Jutta Vogt, a triple board-certified physician with more than 30 years in practice.
No, and that’s deliberate. Being cash-pay lets us give you a clinician who has time, run the labs you need rather than the ones a plan will cover, and keep pricing simple enough to put on our website. You can use HSA or FSA funds, and your membership is month-to-month. Medication is billed at cost with no markup, and what each one costs is listed in what we prescribe.
For most men, yes, when it’s prescribed carefully and monitored. The biggest worry has been the heart, and in 2023 a trial of more than 5,000 men found testosterone therapy didn’t raise the risk of heart attack or stroke. Your clinician reviews your history before prescribing, then rechecks your testosterone and red blood cell count at 6 to 8 weeks and regularly after that. Testosterone can lower sperm production, so if you’re planning on children, they’ll talk that through with you first. If anything makes treatment a poor fit, they’ll tell you plainly.
Yes, and you don’t have to wait until your levels are settled. As a member, you can ask for treatment for thinning hair, sexual health, skin or recovery right from your account, with no extra appointment. Your clinician reviews each request against your bloodwork and current treatment, usually within a day, and it’s priced at cost like everything else.
